HALO

HALO (The Voices of the Wind) is a poem breathed and listened to through the body, imagined as a wind instrument that inhales and exhales the story of a metamorphosis.

As Gaston Bachelard writes:

 

"The wind grows restless and then falls silent. It cries out and it laments. Is there someone in the wind? It is the passing wind. Souls of the past or the present, some yet to be born and others returned to the earth, awaken its potential towards an ancient or future joy of living. It is the howling wind, the wind of a thousand voices—plaintive, fierce, gentle—all mingled together. The ambivalence of the wind: tenderness and violence, purity and delirium. The gust is wild and pure. It dies and is reborn."
